Refund, Return & Exchange Policy: Our Commitment to Quality

Your satisfaction is essential to the Alaash Perfumes experience. Our policy is designed to be clear and transparent, upholding your rights under Qatari Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 2008.

1. Return Eligibility (Hygiene and Quality)

Due to the exclusive and hygienic nature of fine fragrance products, we accept returns/exchanges only under the following conditions:

The item MUST be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed condition with all packaging intact. Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Non-Conforming Product (e.g., damaged bottle, leaking, incorrect order)

Full Refund or Replacement

Alaash will bear all associated return shipping costs. This right is guaranteed regardless of packaging condition upon discovery of the defect. Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

2. Refund Processing

  • Full Refund: Will be processed back to the original payment method (Visa/MasterCard) used for the purchase.

  • Timing: Refunds are processed immediately upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, typically reflecting in your bank statement within 5–10 business days.

  • Fees: In cases of defective goods, the refund includes the full product price and the original shipping fees.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact us immediately via Email or whatsapp us. Please include your Order Number, the reason for the return, and photographic evidence if the item is damaged or defective. We will guide you through the process, which will be in Arabic or English, as per your preference.
